The Collective
Lisa Elias
Meet Lisa, an intuitive and compassionate guide devoted to sharing practices that have deeply transformed her own life. Through her personal journey of trusting the body’s innate wisdom, she now supports others in reconnecting with their inner knowing. Her offerings include Reiki, Spinal Energetics, and Sound Journeys, each designed to invite balance, presence, and energetic alignment. Lisa’s offerings are grounded in the belief that growth and transformation unfold when we attune to the energy beneath our experiences.
Her work invites individuals and groups into a state of presence whether through guided meditation, breath, or the resonance of crystal bowls and her beloved Atlantis gong, Sasha.
She creates a supportive environment where others can slow down, listen inward, and build a more honest and empowered relationship with themselves.
Kristin Shook
Meet Kristin, a lifelong caregiver and space-holder, devoted to guiding those seeking a more connected and natural way of living.
Her work is rooted in somatic movement and breath, offering gentle yet powerful practices that invite others back to their bodies and inner wisdom. Kristin holds space with deep compassion and care, honoring each individual’s unique journey.
When she’s not teaching, Kristin can often be found walking through the garden, tending to plants and little ones, or simply listening- to the breath and the quiet truths that live within.
Suzanne O’Brien
Meet Suzanne, with over twelve years of personal yoga practice and nine years of teaching experience, she weaves her training in meditation and breath work into each gathering. Deeply passionate about helping others reconnect with the natural world, Suzanne holds space with care and intention. Her work gently guides participants into deeper body awareness, presence, and self-acceptance. Suzanne brings a grounded and heart-centered approach to her moon circles.
Meet Rhonda, a lover of nature and the written word, she is currently an elementary educator of the gifted and talented. Her years of working with students have led her to guide others toward inquiry and self-discovery. She joins The Collective to offer a free weekly group-centered book study.
