Program Highlights
Week 1: Introductions, group norms, and boundaries
Weeks 2-3: Exploring personal stress, relaxation techniques, and optional goal-setting vision boards
Weeks 4-7: Continued support through group-led discussions, mindfulness practices, and optional nature walks at Hatcher Garden
Week 8: Group reflection, celebration, and next steps

Peer Pathways is not a substitute for therapy. Referrals to licensed professionals are available upon request.

Donations are welcome but never expected. 100 percent of donations go to Hatcher Garden
Hatcher Holistic is excited to offer Peer Pathways, an intimate 8-week support group designed to help individuals in the Upstate community reduce stress, build coping skills, and feel more connected. With just 8-10 participants per 8 week program, this group provides a warm, confidential space to share experiences and learn alongside others. Everyone is welcome, but please note; this program is adult centered, no attendees under 18 please.
Located at Hatcher Garden in the Office Building, Held Tuesdays at 6:00pm, first session starting January 6*.
