Guiding Principles
Mindful Movement is a journey into deeper awareness.
Rooted in mindfulness, our practice explores intentional movement that builds body awareness and nervous system regulation. Breath and movement are integrated to release tension, foster resilience, and cultivate a greater state of mind/body presence. There will be opportunity for reflective journaling and shared conversation to support personal insight and community connection.
This class offers a supportive space to move, breathe, reflect, and grow.
Every Monday and Thursday afternoons 4pm - 5pm
