These energetic slowdowns often manifest as physical tension and imbalances in our emotional and mental well-being.

Spinal Energetics (SE) is a gentle yet powerful modality that honors your body’s innate wisdom and natural ability to return to balance. Developed by Dr. Sarah Jane, SE works with both the nervous system and your energetic field to bring awareness to tension patterns stored in the body. Through this awareness, the body is invited to unwind, release, and integrate supporting greater alignment and a deeper connection.

The Experience

Each session begins with an evaluation of your spine and energetic field, observing tension patterns that reveal how your system processes stress and emotions. Using intention, gentle touch (or sometimes no touch at all), and sound cues, your body and mind are invited into a state of remembrance. From this space, an organic flow of movement may arise—guiding your system to shift, unwind, explore, and release stored tension and resistance.

Everyone’s experience with Spinal Energetics is unique, as every body communicates in its own distinct language. This expression may emerge as thought patterns, emotional release, stillness, or rhythmic movement. No response is more significant than another—each plays an important role in the release and integration of tension patterns.
