Reiki

Guiding Principles

Our energy field carries the imprints of everything we think, feel, and experience both within us and in our surroundings. These energetic imprints influence the body down to a cellular level. When thoughts, emotions, or memories go unprocessed, the energy they hold can become stored in the body, creating stagnation in the flow of life force energy (Qi). Over time, this unresolved energy may limit our capacity to grow, feel fully alive, and can even manifest as mental or physical dis-ease. Reiki is a gentle energy practice that helps restore balance within the body. Rooted in Japanese tradition, Reiki works with the body’s natural ability to restore balance. Through the placement of hands on or near the body, energy flows to where it is needed. This process relieves tension, enhances self-awareness, and balances the body, mind, and spirit.

The Experience

In my practice, I utilize Holy Fire® III Reiki, a new form of Reiki introduced by William Lee Rand. We'll begin with a conversation about current experiences, and intentions for our time together. Once you're settled in a comfortable position, we’ll move into the session using a blend of meditation, and Reiki, supporting the release of stored tension and anything no longer serving your well-being.
