Guiding Principles

Group meditation is a powerful way to unite collectively in a state of equilibrium, harmony, and peace while cultivating and experiencing deep stillness, silence, and rest. The mind becomes quiet, the nervous system harmonizes, the body heals, stress and tension melt. Vedic wisdom is shared along with other ancient spiritual ways as a point of knowledge. Before entering meditation, clear instruction on each mantra and how to use it is provided, chanting, breathing preparatory exercises, setting intentions, heart alignments,along with additional diversified techniques set the stage to go deep within. Each session is followed by integration time to rest and renew. Expect with different ancient knowledge shared, varying mantra selection, chanting, aura protection energy infusion, influences of current celestial sky activity, mental/emotional regulation points of target, along with a full meditation followed by integration time. Expect each group and personalized session to have a variation of rich content, mantra meaning and instruction, breath-work, guidance, and ancient wisdom. Cultivate inner peace, spontaneous right action, know yourself at deeper levels, and bring soulalignment and purpose back into your day to day waking state.
